Skye’s recruitment methodology is called AIR, which stands for Analyze-Identify-Recommend.
Each search begins with an in-depth analysis of the position. Skye Search Consultants ask questions designed to uncover the nuances of the position, leading to a clear understanding of the needs and wants of the hiring authority and the ideal candidate for the role.
After the position analysis is complete, the Search Consultant begins the task of identifying and qualifying candidates for the role. Skye’s team uses all available sources to identify candidates – from social media campaigns to old-fashioned headhunting (our favorite).
Candidates are screened against the position analysis, and only those who best fit the position’s various needs are presented to the client, along with the Search Consultant’s recommendations. We continue to assist in the hiring process until the successful candidate starts working.
